The B.B. King's Blues Club in New York City was the place to be on September 22, as numerous performers entertained the 4th Annual Moogfest crowd, who came to celebrate the achievements of Robert Moog and his namesake synth.

Performers included Thomas Dolby, Jordan Rudess (Dream Theater), Adam Holzman (Miles Davis), Spiraling, Don Preston (Frank Zappa/Mothers of Invention), Gershon Kingsley, Herb Deutsch and Erik Norlander, among others. Kingsley and Deutsch received the Bob Moog Legacy Award.
Xenovibes, who won a contest to be the opening act, started the show, and featured Shueh-li Ong on a Moog Theremin and keyboards, and John Anthony Martinez on electronic drums.
