Free Seminars on K-array Loudspeakers in Los Angeles, August 31—September 1

The seminar will feature the latest addition to the K-array lineup, the KB1.

Audio specialist Sennheiser will host a free seminar on its distributed brand K-array line loudspeakers, to be held at S.I.R. in Los Angeles on August 31 and September 1, 2011. The demonstration will include the full line of K-array concert series speakers, portable speakers and installed sound speakers.

The event is open to all sound professionals, and will be led by Eric Reese, veteran Sennheiser Sound Academy instructor and national market development for installed sound. Reese will discuss how K-array can deliver both cost and space efficiencies, as well as sound quality, in a number of different applications. Specific product demonstrations will include the KH4, KS4, KO70, KH15, KR400S, KR200S, KR100S, KZ10-4 Pack, KV50, KU36, KTL22, KK50VB and the KKS50.

The session will also preview the newly introduced KB1, an ultra-slim, powered line-array system featuring a 12-inch subwoofer and eight 3-inch drivers. Weighing 44 pounds, the plug-and-play KB1 is designed for bands, solo musicians, DJs, presenters and anyone else who needs portability and great sound. Following are details of the event:

Seminars will take place on Wednesday, August 31 and Thursday, September 1, at 10 a.m., 12 noon, 2 p.m., and 4 p.m.; plus, on August 31 only, a 6 p.m. seminar will also be held. Both noon seminars include a complimentary, light lunch, and refreshments will be provided throughout the day.
