MPSE Announces 58th Golden Reel Awards Winners

On Sunday, February 20, 2011, the Motion Picture Sound Editors (MPSE) held the 58th annual 2011 Golden Reel Awards ceremony in Los Angeles at the Westin Bonaventure Hotel, honoring leading proponents of the art of sound editing, music editing and sound design from around the world. Academy Award-winning producer Brian Grazer received the 2011 MPSE Filmmaker Award, while filmmaker George Lucas presented renowned sound designer and editor Walter Murch with the 2011 MPSE Career Achievement Award.
