Production Resource Group (PRG) of New Windsor, N.Y., and Denver-based company Davis Audio Visual (Davis), jointly announce PRG’s acquisition of Davis. PRG states that the acquisition reinforces its position as a provider of client services, equipment and technology in the entertainment, meetings and events industry.
Davis, one of the oldest and most respected A/V companies, provides all aspects of audio-visual and computer management services for associations and corporations throughout North America and Europe.
