Prism Sound Introduces SADiE 6 Recording, Editing System

At BVE (Broadcast Video Expo), February 15-17, 2011, in Earls Court 2, London (Stand I52), Prism Sound will show the recently released SADiE 6, a new software-only version of Prism Sound’s SADiE audio recording and editing system.

Prism Sound SADiE 6 software

SADiE 6 is said to operate on any computer running the Microsoft Windows OS as well as existing SADiE 5 hardware platforms. It offers location recordists, sound designers, audio editors and post-production engineers a powerful set of tools for recording and editing requirements.

Prism Sound will also show the SADiE LRX2 multitrack location recording workstation, which is designed for production companies and film crews that need to record multitrack audio. The LRX2 workstation allows users to record up to 64 channels at 48 kHz/24-bit (or 32 channels at 96 kHz/24-bit) from a variety of dedicated input cards, including MADI and mic preamps.
