Professional Audio Manufacturers Alliance Names Board

Sennheiser Electronic Corporation CEO John Falcone

The Professional Audio Manufacturers Alliance (PAMA) in Fairfax, Va., has named its Board of Directors. PAMA is the collective voice and forum for senior executives of the leading branded manufacturers of professional audio products.

The organization named John Falcone (pictured), president and CEO of Sennheiser Electronic Corporation, as PAMA’s president. Bosch Security Systems VP of sales Thomas Hansen is Secretary-Treasurer. Remaining board members include Rachel Archibald, director of marketing, Meyer Sound; Mark Brunner, senior director of Global Brand Management at Shure Inc.; Joe Pham, president and CEO of QSC Audio; and Greg Pinto, VP of marketing at Audio-Technica.

“The professional audio industry is fortunate to have an experienced group of executives leading the association,” says PAMA Executive Director Duffy Wilbert, CTS and CAE. “Because of their volunteer efforts, PAMA is poised to conduct new qualitative and quantitative market research, increase advocacy on behalf of audio manufacturers and provide input to audio standards that are under review.”

PAMA will hold its next all-member meeting on November 3, 2010, in San Francisco.
