Sound Ideas To Launch New Music Hard Drives, Series 6000 Extension VIII at NAB

At the upcoming NAB 2012 Show at the Las Vegas Convention Center (April 16-19), Sound Ideas, a publisher of royalty free music and sound effects based in Toronto, Canada, will launch two new music hard drives—Tune Drive 1 and Tune Drive 2—as well as the Series 6000 Extension VIII, which comprises more than 1,500 new recordings provided on DVD in three Broadcast WAV file formats: 16-bit/44.1 kHz, 16-bit/48 kHz or 24-bit/48 kHz.

The Tune Drive 1 collection ($1,495 MSRP) comprises 36 production music CDs and more than 1,000 music tracks, in a variety of music genres and styles including Easy Listening, Drama Film Scores, Rock, Classical, Corporate, Dance & Club, Sports, New Age, Jazz, Tribute, Comedy & Cartoon, and World Music. Both of the Tune Drive products include full and broadcast length royalty free music tracks, provided as 16-bit/44.1 kHz broadcast WAV files with embedded metadata.

Also launching at the upcoming NAB Show, the Series 6000 Extension VIII ($495 MSRP) comprises more than 1,500 new recordings provided on DVD in three Broadcast WAV file formats: 16-bit/44.1 kHz, 16-bit/48 kHz or 24-bit/48 kHz.

This new addition to Sound Ideas’ Series 6000 franchise offers an array of pristinely recorded sound effects including Water, Weather, Transportation, Communication, Ambiences, Industrial Sounds and Animals, and more.
