Developing Technologies, Ucik Inc. Form New Company

Announced at Winter NAMM 2002, Developing Technologies Distributors (DTD) and Ucik Inc. have formed a new company that will distribute all company products

Announced at Winter NAMM 2002, Developing Technologies Distributors (DTD) and Ucik Inc. have formed a new company that will distribute all company products under the plus24 banner, with offices on the U.S. East and West Coasts and Europe.

Jim Pace, DTD principle and co-founder of Audio Intervisual Design, commented: “The wide range of products and services offered by DTD and Ucik are now available from plus24 in a merger that satisfies virtually every need in today’s multi-tiered audio industry.”

DTD is known for introducing Sanken microphones in the U.S. to the music, film, broadcast and theater markets; dB Technologies conversion systems worldwide for high-end recording, mastering, multichannel and surround; and Brainstorm Electronics time-code solutions and the soon-to-be-released multimachine remote controller.

Ucik Inc. is known for quality European products, including Friendchip digital systems for music and broadcast workstation/studios; MAM analog and MIDI gear for home, live and DJ projects; SEK’D software and converters for broadcast, project, recording and mastering studios; Sommer Cable for studio, broadcast and touring sound; and Swissonic converters and clocking products for project, recording, surround remixing and mastering.
