Guitar Center’s recently opened a new 20,000-square-foot superstorein Nashville was kicked off with an opening night celebration onDecember 18, 2003, which featured performances by local rock act KungPow and music from Buzz 102.9’s mobile truck, as well as appearances bythe Tennessee Titans’ cheerleaders and the Flirt Girls.

The new Guitar Center superstore, the company’s 122nd store,is in many ways tailored to meet the Nashville music community’sspecific needs.
