Masque Sound Launches New Division

The newest division of Masque Sound, Masque Live, is currently on tour with R&B superstar Brian McKnight. The sound package includes Cadacs R-Type consoles, 10/07/2003 8:00 AM Eastern

The newest division of Masque Sound, Masque Live, is currently ontour with R&B superstar Brian McKnight. The sound package includesCadacs R-Type consoles, for front of house and monitors, V-DOSCloudspeakers powered by Camco amplifiers and proprietary Valvotronicstube pre amps, limiters and parametric equalizers.

Sound engineer Glen Odagawa said, “It is the closest thing tomixing in a studio I have ever experienced. After mixing onMasque’s system, I have been so spoiled, I can never goback.”

Masque Live is directed by longtime sound designer and touring audioengineer Lucas “Rico” Corrubia Jr., who has worked withFrank Sinatra, Liza Minelli, Sarah Brightman and Michael Crawford, aswell as with Pete Townshend of The Who for the Broadway production ofTommy.
