Part of the ISIS family, the QSC I-82H is an 8-inch, two-way,full-range loudspeaker with contemporary styling that integrates intomultiple environments. With the ability to be pole- and micstand–mounted, truss mounted or used as a floor monitor stagefill, these injection-molded speakers are geared for musicians, mobileentertainers and others needing a high-quality, lightweight SR packagethat, with its built-in handles, is easy to transport.
The I-82H enclosure incorporates an 8-inch weatherproof,low-frequency transducer with a heavy-duty double-roll cloth surroundand a 1-inch exit high-frequency compression driver. The HF driver iscoupled with QSC’s Advanced Directivity™ RotatableWaveguide. For quick and secure input setup, the I-82H provides twoparallel Speakon connectors. It also includes a pole cup bracket forpole mount applications and a 5/8-inch-27 mic stand adapter that fitsmost mic and boom stand hardware. With the addition of QSC’s newoptional I-YM8 Yoke Mount/Floor Monitor Kit (which contains a bracketwith swivel extension feet), the I-82H can be horizontally pole-mountedfor pan and tilt focusing or used as a floor monitor. For trussmounting, the I-YM8 accepts most industry-standard truss clamps.
