Audio Analysts is supplying sound for Bruce Springsteen and TheE-Street Band’s 13-month tour and has recently expanded its JBLVerTec sound system for the stadium leg of the tour, making it thelargest VerTec system assembled to date—120 VT4889 speakers and56 VT4880 subs configured in alternating rows.

All of the speakers and subs are arrayed from the main stageposition. No signal-delay towers have typically been required, as AudioAnalysts' VerTec sound system design for the Springsteen world tourrelies on line array performance characteristics to provide consistentcoverage, even for remote seating areas. Crown MA Series poweramplifiers and BSS digital system controllers provide sound mixer JohnCooper (pictured) with maximum headroom capabilities and signal controlflexibility for the massive sound reinforcement rig.
