Steinberg Media Technologies released an entry-level music production workstation, Cubase SE, which includes technology from Cubase SX but with a compact feature set that is geared for beginners and educational use.
Cubase SE first appeared as part of the company’s Studio Case package and is now released as a full stand-alone product.
Cubase SE is now shipping for $149.99 U.S. MSRP, and is fully upgradeable to higher versions of Cubase.
