Sennheiser Electronic Corporation (Old Lyme, Conn.) announced its appointment by Turbosound Ltd, the British-based manufacturer of live performance and installed-sound loudspeaker systems, as its exclusive distributor for the United States. The distribution agreement also covers selected Latin American territories including Argentina, Brazil and Mexico.
Turbosound’s Paul Giansante, who until recently managed the company’s U.S. office, has been appointed Turbosound product manager at Sennheiser, ensuring continuity of customer contact, service and design support. Giansante will be responsible for all aspects of Turbosound sales and marketing in the U.S.

Sennheiser will be distributing all of Turbosound’s product ranges into the U.S. market, including the recently introduced, multipurpose TQ-300 Series, as well as the Flashlight(r) and Floodlight(r) systems. Activity will also be focused on the company’s forthcoming series of specialist compact systems for the install market.
