About a month ago, deep in the rush to get our next issue out the door to the printer, I typed up a news brief about Stardraw, the UK-based system design software company. In the process, I idly noticed that you can type the company name entirely with one hand. That’s a commonplace occurrence if your typing skills are of the “hunt-n-peck” variety, but it’s fairly unusual in the realm of traditional touch typing.
Alas, weighed down by the yoke of deadlines, there was no time to write an intellectual blog post like this one about such a jaw-dropping phenomenon. Instead, I spent about 30 seconds finding a few other companies, and shared the earth-shattering discovery on the @ProSoundNews Twitter feed:

In one deft move, we had discovered a new way to kill time (always a useful ability). Even better, because I’ve gotten this post out of it, I wasn’t really procrastinating; now it qualifies as “research.”
