Peek Inside Tommy Lee’s Home Studio

By Clive Young. Motley Crue drummer/occasional producer Tommy Lee asks $4.65M for home and home studio space.

Calabasas, CA (June 11, 2018)—Mötley Crüe’s Tommy Lee has put his Calabasas, CA house—and considerable home studio—on the market for $4,650,000. The six-bedroom, two-bathroom home (sweet home) includes the underground recording studio, which was converted out of a 13-car garage.

The not-so-humble abode inside guard-gated Vista Point sports an indoor atrium with waterfall and retractable roof, full gym, piano-shaped pool and massive backyard view.

Built in 1987, the 9,991-square-foot house sports central air, movie theater, a living area koi pond and stone spa.

The house first hit the market in April, 2016 at $5,995,000, and has been taken off and put back on a few times, now reduced to its current level.
