Since the release of its self-titled album in 2011, South African electro-swing dance group GoodLuck has entertained fans with mashups of old-school swing music, electronic dance and original vocals with the help of Harman’s AKG WMS4500.

Vienna, Austria (April 4, 2013)—Since the release of its self-titled album in 2011, South African electro-swing dance group GoodLuck has entertained fans with mashups of old-school swing music, electronic dance and original vocals with the help of Harman’s AKG WMS4500.

GoodLuck performs worldwide with three AKG PT4500 bodypack transmitters, an HT4500 handheld transmitter and D7 capsule microphones.

“GoodLuck has been a fantastic member of the AKG family, extending our global reach and building our reputation for premium live sound on an international level,” said Walter Ruhrig, Artist & Key Customer Relations, AKG. “As an international touring band, the quality of its performance reflects heavily on its fans’ and followers’ experience at events, and we are proud to offer GoodLuck AKG’s premium wireless systems.”

GoodLuck was recently nominated for three South African Music Awards, including ‘Best Dance Album,’ ‘Best Duo / Group’ and ‘Record of the Year.’ Said Ben Peters of GoodLuck, “This past year has been so great for our group and we look forward to working with AKG to continue sharing our art with the world.”
