New Festival Magazine Logo Debuts

Celebrating the growth in the music festival marketplace, NewBay Media and Pro Sound News are proud to announce Music Festival Business, a new tabloid publication that caters to the engineers, sound crews, stage managers and manufacturers that help make the hundreds of festivals happen each year.

New York, NY (June 25, 2013)—Celebrating the growth in the music festival marketplace, NewBay Media and Pro Sound News are proud to announce Music Festival Business, a new tabloid publication that caters to the engineers, sound crews, stage managers and manufacturers that help make the hundreds of festivals happen each year.

As the PSN team works to bring you this inaugural issue, set for release in September, we are excited to introduce the new logo for the Music Festival Business magazine.

The new publication will examine the business and the technology behind successful music festivals, from large-scale festivals like Bonnaroo and Coachella, to smaller local and regional festivals such as the Gathering of the Vibes. It will examine a number of festival-related topics, including spec’ing systems for festivals, interviews with FOH and Monitor Engineers about producing a successful festival mix, dealing with safety issues and safety preparations, SPL management, live recording and broadcast, and more.

The new publication will be available in September in both print and digital editions in the U.S. and abroad.
