Audiologists were taught the practical aspects of in-ear monitoring for musicians at the latest Sensaphonics Golden Circle seminar, a two-day, hands-on training event. During this session with a live band at Reelsounds Studios in Skokie, IL, Sensaphonics audio engineering consultant Thom “Sound Guy” Fiegle explainsed the workings of a live sound system to seminar participants.

Shown here at the event are (l-R): Thom “Sound Guy” Fiegle., Susan Gibson of Kansas City, MO; Janelle Lane of Albany ENT & Allergy, Albany NY; and Marilyn M. Hinrichs and Jamie King of Advanced Hearing Center, Dallas, TX.

According to Sensaphonics, it is the only manufacturer of custom IEMs to offers specific training to audiologists on meeting the specialized needs of musicians and sound engineers.
