API Audio’s New European Logistics Center

API Audio, a division of the ATI Group, opened a European Logistics Center in Wisla, Poland, in mid-May concurrent with Poland’s joining of the European Union.

The center handles product fulfillment and warranty service for the company’s entire European network of dealers. The facility’s location was selected for its central location and easy access to the rest of Europe. All sales coming through the European distributors and orders are shipped from Poland for 72-hour (or less) standard delivery anywhere in the European Union. API provides a five-year warranty on product parts and a one-year for factory service.

“Over the past several years, there’s been a resurgence of interest and sales in API rackmounted gear,” said Larry Droppa, president of The ATI Group. “Our new European Logistics Center ensures that API Audio dealers can quickly and easily handle this surging customer demand and all related product service issues.”

The new center is managed by Henry Krol, a Polish businessman with an extensive background in recording, record distribution and radio broadcasting. “The API brand has never been stronger in Europe than right now,” said Krol. “This, combined with the strength of the Euro, makes the API brand an incredible value in the EU. This new Logistics Center provides a critical hub for API products and support. I’m thrilled to be associated with this exciting and timely endeavor.”
