Avatar Studios in New York City Reports on June-July 2012 Sessions

For the months of June and July, the following notable sessions took place at Avatar Studios.

Bruno Mars recorded in Studio A, B and W with producer Mark Ronson and engineer Alan O’Connell, assisted by Bob Mallory and Tyler Hartman.

Tony Bennett sang duets with Thalia and Marc Anthony in Studio C with producer/engineer Dae Bennett, assisted by Aki Nishimura and Charlie Kramsky.

The Leap of Faith cast album was recorded in Studio A with producer Alan Menken and engineer Peter Karam, assisted by Bob Mallory.

Harry Connick, Jr. recorded in Studio A with producer Tracey Freeman and engineer Vince Caro, assisted by Tim Marchiafava.

Grammy Award–winning gospel artist Hezekiah Walker recorded in Studio A with a 60-plus member choir. Walker produced with engineer Larry Sturn assisted by Tim Marchiafava and Tyler Hartman.

Finally, New York Voices recorded in Studio G with producer/engineer Elliot Scheiner assisted by Bob Mallory.
