FirstCom Music has announced the new EVO Unplugged series, which features original acoustic guitar performances from both top musicians and unsigned bands.
“The discs in this series are all new, original recordings, created specifically for underscores,” says Ken Nelson, Senior Vice President/Executive Producer.
Available November 2004, the initial releases in the series include EVO026—Acoustic Chemistry and EVO036—Acoustic Masters V1.
Future EVO Unplugged series releases will feature guitarists Randall Bays, Alex DeGrassi, Doug Smith and Ray Russell among many other top acoustic guitar masters.
The EVO library currently consists of 34 CDs, with 13 of those enhanced with QuickTraxSM on DVD-ROM, which gives users AIF-format submixes that can be copied into a production.
