New additions to HiQnet System Architect Version 1.4 include Convert Default Panel to Custom Panel—the ability to take a factory-supplied panel and convert it quickly into a panel that can be further tailored to meet the needs of a specific job. New controls available for Custom Control Panel design include a dynamics graph, a rotary encoder and an advanced meter with integrated scale and customizable peak-hold functions. Also included is the ability to group controls within the integrated Custom Control Panel designer for the purposes of moving and editing them as a single entity.
In addition, V. 1.4 includes an advanced search capability to quickly sift through available parameters when assigning controls to a Custom Control Panel.
An Event Log alert button has also been added, allowing users to configure the application to warn of customizable levels of events on the HiQnet network, and to launch the System Architect Event Log directly from the button located directly on the interface.
