Rapco International, manufacturer of audio and video interfacing and cable equipment, announced its new LTI-100 Laptop Interface at InfoComm 2004. The LTI-100 converts high-impedance unbalanced computer audio outputs to low-level 600-ohm balanced inputs.
“The LTI-100 Laptop Interface is perfect for any application that requires the audio of a laptop or desktop computer to be connected to a professional mixing console or digital signal processor,” says Pam Walters, product specialist engineer at Rapco International. “Whether you are having a large-scale video conference using the computer’s audio, giving a church or school presentation using a computer, playing MP3 files or connecting a computer for a recording studio application, the LTI-100 will convert the computers high-impedance unbalanced audio to a low-impedance balanced signal.”
Features and specifications include separate left/right ground lift switches, left and right XLR outputs;, a-20dB pad, stereo 3.5mm plugs directly onto computer output jack, transformer-isolated and has a small footprint.
