This year, Meyer Sound Laboratories will turn 25 years old, release three new products and institute a new network of dealers in the UK. Meyer Sound will be at stand E30 at the 2004 PLASA exposition at London’s Earl’s Court from September 12-15, 2004, showing a full range of loudspeakers suitable for all installations and touring sound applications.

Loudspeakers featured on Meyer Sound’s stand will include the MILO high-power curvilinear array shown with the new MILO 120 expanded-coverage high-power curvilinear array loudspeaker. Also shown is Meyer Sound’s new 700-HP ultrahigh-power subwoofer. Other loudspeakers will include the M1D ultracompact curvilinear array, UPJ-1P compact VariO™, UPM-1P ultracompact wide coverage and MM-4 miniature wide-range loudspeakers, as well as the M1D-Sub ultracompact subwoofer. The displayed loudspeakers will be mounted with Meyer Sound’s QuickFly® rigging, which has already received one patent, with another patent pending.

During the tradeshow, presentations on the company, its products and technologies and their applications will be provided. There will also be daily prize drawings. The last day of the show, a grand prize drawing will gift a four-day, three-night trip for two to the San Francisco Bay Area, which includes admission to Meyer Sound’s exclusive 25th anniversary party and a tour of Meyer Sound’s new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.
