The Modular Jacks from Molex are now available in five new colors—orange, green, blue, gray and yellow—as well as standard black. With these new options, the Modular Jacks can be customized to match the color of a cable assembly to prevent mismating and increase design flexibility.
The Modular Jacks are available in three configurations: a right-angle version with an ultralow profile, an SMT version and an inverted version with a top-latch jack.
Pricing for the right-angle custom-colored Modular Jacks is $363.90 per thousand for 25,000 pieces; the SMT version is priced at $463.40 per thousand for 25,000 pieces and the inverted version sells for $332.70 per thousand for 25,000 pieces.
