The 10th annual NSCA Fall Business Conference will be held October 21-23, 2007, at San Diego, Calif.'s Paradise Point Resort & Spa. The conference offers two dedicated tracks of strategic business sessions: one for executives and another for managers. Sessions address topics such as maximize margin and profit; triumph over lower-priced competitors; boost employee retention and satisfaction; earn customer loyalty; prepare for forthcoming generations of customers and employees; reduce marketing costs; and compete more effectively in today's marketplace.
Keynote speakers will be Bill Brooks (CEO, The Brooks Group) and Steve Farber (president, Extreme Leadership Inc.). Brooks' session, "How to Sell at Margins Higher Than Your Competitors," will divulge a number of profit-boosting techniques gained from years of personal experience. Farber's session, "The Radical Leap: Extreme Leadership at Work," will explore ways to use the power of the heart to achieve more in the workplace and reveal strategies for building meaningful business relationships.
The conference will begin with a welcoming reception and an opening-night dinner, during which the 2007 Excellence in Business Award winners will be announced. On the second night, attendees will enjoy a beach party. Closing-night entertainment includes dinner at The Shout! House, a live music venue in San Diego's Gaslamp Quarter featuring rock 'n' roll sing-alongs and musicians performing requests.
