QSC Audio recently announced product additions to its QSControl.net lineup. The four new BASIS devices include the 722az, 914lz, 922dz and 922uz models. The BASIS Series is designed to operate under the company’s QSControl.net platform, and combine QSC technologies within a single RU: amplifier and loudspeaker control, monitoring and protection, configurable DSP and CobraNet™ digital audio transport.
Also joining the QSControl.net platform is the RAVE 520uz and the RAVE 522ua, which combine two distinct QSC technologies within a single hardware unit: configurable DSP and CobraNet™ digital audio transport. Now with universal inputs, microphones and line-level devices can be integrated into a digital network, with signal processing done right in the box.
The DSP 322ua operates using its software interface, Venue Manager. Storing up to eight signal-flow design configurations with snapshot parameter recall, the DSP 322ua can fit most applications. AD/DA converters are included, and the total analog-to-analog latency of a single unit is 2.354 ms.
