RCF SpA’s RCF PR 4092 preamplifier is ideal for paging and music applications in P.A. systems. The PR4902 has nine inputs and two outputs. Each of the inputs can be sent either to output A only, to output B only or to both A and B. In this way, PR 4092 can also be used as a double preamplifier: The A bus can be dedicated to paging, while the B bus can be used for background music programs. Input 1 has overall priority (voice or contact activated) and can be used for emergency paging; inputs 2 and 3 can be set with priority on inputs 4 to 9.
The PR4092 can also be used as a 9-input mixer with applications for churches, entertainment venues and more. The unit is housed in a compact 19-inch 1U rackspace.
Features include nine balanced XLR inputs, switchable phantom 24V and highpass filters provided on universal inputs, two priority levels (input 1 by vox or contact on removable Euro block-type connector) and more.
