Smart Loops has released six new drum loop libraries in Volumes 2 and 3 of its SL MultiTracks Series. SL MultiTracks are downloadable 24-bit multitrack drum loop libraries in Apple Loops and ACID WAV format for use in ACID, Adobe Audition, Cubase, Digital Performer, GarageBand, Live, Logic, Pro Tools, Reason, SONAR, FL Studio and other compatible Mac and Windows audio software.
MultiTracks loop libraries allow users to adjust volume of individual drums and cymbals, apply separate EQ and effects settings to different drums, solo individual drum tracks for precise mixing, and quickly build tracks with stereo mix loops, and then modify them later with separate drum and cymbal loops.
In Volume 2, 6/8 Slow-Medium Thick Brushes 1 offers 37 stereo mix loops and one-shots for rock, jazz, blues and country songs in the recommended tempo range of 45-110 bpm, as well as 129 individual track loops for discrete mixing of kick, snare, overheads and toms. Medium Straight Rock 2A has 31 stereo mix loops and one-shots for rock, funk, hard rock, pop and country songs at 74-152 bpm. It also offers 128 individual track loops for discrete mixing of kick, snare, hi-hats, overheads and toms. Medium Straight Rock 2B (Half-Time Grooves) comprises 28 stereo mix loops and one-shots for pop, rock and R&B ballads at 72-152 bpm, plus 117 individual track loops for discrete mixing of kick, snare, hats, overheads and toms.
Volume 3 comprises Slow Rock 1, Slow-Medium Triplet Rock 1 and Military Snare Grooves 1.
SL MultiTracks libraries are for download at a special introductory price of $14.99 each from Smart Loops’ Website; nine SL MultiTracks libraries can also be purchased as a single download bundle for $79.
