Waves Audio announces new extended tech support hours. The extended tech support service will help end users resolve issues in both the live and studio market sectors.
As the number of front-of-house and monitor engineers using Waves has expanded dramatically worldwide over the past several years, there has emerged a growing need for ultra-responsive technical expertise that can provide immediate assistance to users who need to solve live sound issues in real time. Waves Live users, working with everyone from up-and-coming local acts to megastars such as Rihanna, Bruce Springsteen, Coldplay and Beyoncé, simply cannot afford equipment downtime. In Live Sound, there are no second takes; performances have to take place without a hitch, night after night.
In the studio sector, Waves will continue to provide its high level of customer support, with increased hours and additional personnel.
With these concerns in mind, Waves Tech Support is now available all week long, at the following hours: Sunday through Thursday: 4 a.m. until 12 midnight (EST); Friday: 9 a.m. until 12 midnight (EST); Saturday: 4 a.m. until 12 midnight (EST).
