Lucknow, India (May 28, 2014)—Newly completed A Square, a rehearsal and recording studio in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh, is outfitted Allen & Heath digital audio equipment.
The studio is the first digital audio studio to be opened by company Jam Pad and is designed to provide teaching facilities for aspiring musicians. It also acts as a hub for bands and musicians to meet and network. The studio is based around an A&H GLD-80 mixer along with an GLD-AR2412 audio rack, set up to enable live jamming and studio recording on DAW, using the mixer’s M-Dante card.
Audio was integrated in the studio through distributor, Sun Infonet. Product specialist, Shailesh Awasthi, commented, “It’s the first of its kind in Uttar Pradesh and it’s made by people who know the nitty-gritty of the music business. Having jammed at A Square, I can say that the sound is great and bands can rehearse with the feel of live sound and do recording as well.”
