Designed for the install and portable markets, the dual-purpose(mono or FOH) HP-Eight features an 8-bus board with a five-yearwarranty and numerous pro features.
The console is available with 24 to 56 mono input channels (plusfive stereo line/effects returns) and features 10 aux sends, faderflip, direct outputs, 4-band channel EQ (with sweep mids), 100mmfaders, 4-channel scene muting and an internal power supply with theprovision for an optional redundant external power supply.
Final pricing wasn’t set at press time, but a 32-channel modelis expected to retail around $5,000. The board is expected to beavailable in first quarter, 2004.
