Designed to complement the company’s range of EngineeredSound® (ES) wired microphones and wireless microphone systems,Audio-Technica’s ES991 Dual-Element Cardioid Condenser Gooseneckand ES993 and ES995 Dual-Element Cardioid Condenser Rigid-Pipemicrophones provide contractors with premium sound quality andconsistent, dependable performance. Created especially for applicationsrequiring separate miking for P.A. and broadcast, the new ES991, ES993and ES995 offer versatility when choosing components for installationssuch as boardrooms, schools, council chambers, courtrooms and houses ofworship.

The ES991 cardioid condenser gooseneck microphone is a dual-elementcondenser microphone with a cardioid polar pattern and an integraldual-power module. The ES991 features a dual-element configuration withisolated circuit ground for each channel, greatly reducing thepotential for hum. Its small-diameter design with gooseneck segmentpermits flexible positioning while maintaining a smooth, contouredappearance. Featuring dual integral windscreens to ensure ultimatesecurity against wind, noise and plosives, the ES991 provides afrequency response of 90 to 15,000 Hz, has the ability to handle highSPLs (138 dB, 1 kHz @ 1% THD), and features a fixed low-frequencyroll-off (120 Hz, 12dB/octave) and a 15dB pad switch. The ES991 plugsdirectly into a 6-pin XLRF-type panel jack, or may be mounted on astandard 5/8-inch 27-thread using the included stand clamp, and comeswith a 30-foot splitter cable.

The ES993 cardioid condenser rigid-pipe microphone is a dual-elementcondenser microphone with a cardioid polar pattern and a remotedual-power module. The ES993 features a dual-element configuration withisolated circuit ground for each channel, dual integral windscreens andhas a frequency response of 90 to 15,000 Hz. The ES993 has the abilityto handle high SPLs (138 dB, 1 kHz @ 1% THD), and includes a fixedlow-frequency roll-off (120 Hz, 12 dB/octave) and a 15dB pad switch.Because of its rigid-pipe design with ball-in-socket base, the ES993permits flexible positioning and easily mounts to a table, desk orpodium with the included hardware. In addition, the ES993 also featuresa remote dual-power module with two 3-pin XLRM-type output connectorsfor use with in-house and remote feeds, plus a remote mute switch withthree modes (push-to-mute, toggle, push-to-talk) and LED indicatorlight. The ES993 comes in a low-reflective black finish.

The ES995 cardioid condenser rigid-pipe microphone is a dual-elementcondenser microphone with a cardioid polar pattern and an integraldual-power module. The ES995 is intended for use on a flat surface, features a dual-element configuration with isolated circuit ground foreach channel, dual integral windscreens and has a frequency response of90 to 15,000 Hz. The ES995 has the ability to handle high SPLs (138 dB,1 kHz @ 1% THD), and includes a fixed low-frequency roll-off (120 Hz,12 dB/octave) and a 15dB pad switch. The ES995 has a sturdy metal deskstand base that houses a dual -power module with 6-pin XLRM-type outputconnector that can be easily powered from any external 11V to 52V DCphantom power supply. An optional integral mute switch in the baseoffers three modes (push-to-mute, toggle, push-to-talk) and LEDindicator light. Because of its rigid-pipe design with ball-in-socketbase, the ES995 permits flexible positioning and comfortably sits on atable, desk or podium. In addition, the ES995 comes with a 30-footsplitter cable (6-pin XLRF-type to two 3-pin XLRM-type) for use inin-house and remote feeds. The ES995 comes in a low-reflective blackfinish.
