Audionamix has introduced XTRAX STEMS, reportedly the first fully-automatic stem creator.
XTRAX STEMS separates any song or passage of audio content into various stems—drums, vocal and remaining music components. Created for a range of users—from DJs and remix artists to audio-content creators in different disciplines, XTRAX STEMS aims to help create multitrack content that is controllable during live sets, opening up possibilities for remixing, sampling and a capella creation on the fly as well as avant garde music composition.
