Electro-Voice Gladiator System

TheGladiator Series features two models—the Gladiator 115 (15-inch,two-way) and the Gladiator 118 (18-inch subwoofer)—that aredesigned to withstand the rigorous demands of live sound, DJ and A/Vapplications.

The G115 two-way includes the high-output EVS-15FR 15-inch wooferand offers 60-degree by 40-degree controlled coverage, DH2010compression driver for extended high frequency, high sensitivity (99dB) and 400W continous/1,600W peak power rating.

The G118 sub includes the EVS-18S 18-inch woofer with high-powerfour-layer voice coil, extended response to 32 Hz, built-in crossoverfor use as a three-way system, 400W continous/1,600W peak power ratingand boosts low-frequency output to 134 dB.

Used together, the system allows one amplifier channel to drive thesub’s built-in crossover that provides the full-range output; noadditional crossovers or amps are required. Originally matched to theE-V Q66 amplifier—with up to 850W per channel—the companyhas added the CP2200 Class-H Compact Precision Series Power Amplifierto the Gladiator System.
