Eminence Speaker LLC announced its ISO 9001:2000 certification as a result of a quality system audit conducted by TRA Certification, a division of T.R. Arnold and Associates Inc. ISO 9001:2000 establishes parameters for a quality-management system.
To maintain this certification, companies must demonstrate continual improvement in its quality-management system and customer satisfaction through regular audits of their system by a third party.
