The House Ear Institute has announced that it will be presenting Hillel Resner, president of the Mix Foundation for Excellence in Audio, its 2004 Sound Partners Lifetime Achievement Award for Recording Arts. The award honors Resner for his “significant contributions to the recording industry and his passionate commitment to the Sound Partners hearing conservation program over the years,” and will be presented at the Institute’s annual benefit gala on March 18, 2004, at the Beverly Hilton Hotel.
