Intelix Expands Factory Config Service

In an effort to simplify audio/video matrix sales and installation, Intelix has announced the expansion of its Factory Configuration Option to all matrix

In an effort to simplify audio/video matrix sales and installation, Intelix has announced the expansion of its Factory Configuration Option to all matrix product lines, including MARC Room Combine Systems, MZP Multi-Zone Paging and Program Distribution Systems, M Series Audio Matrix Mixers, AVM Series Audio Mixers/Video Switchers and Psychologist Remote Monitor Mixers.

“The Factory Configuration Option is a practical and affordable way to ensure installations proceed quickly and smoothly,” said Intelix CEO Steve Cohan, “especially on large, complex systems. In most cases, customers find it less expensive to purchase the factory configuration service than to invest the labor installing the software and labeling the systems themselves. A notable example is the Sawmill Creek Convention Center in Ohio. They were able to completely install a 12-room MARC Audio Room Combine System in under 12 hours.”

Intelix Factory Configuration fully preps audio/video systems for installation; an Intelix Application Engineer will specifically confirm, critique and optimize a client’s Intelix Designer Software file; program and load client’s software onto an A/V system; configure and label any comet remotes or room combine panels according to customer-specific design criteria; test the entire package to ensure proper operation; print reports for trouble-free installation; and provide technical support on a priority basis.
