The new Omnia-3fmt provides three additional bands of AGC/compression to the three existing bands of limiting offered with the Omnia-3fm, resulting in smoother segment-to-segment consistency.
Other features include 48kHz sampling, multiband processing, AES/EBU inputs and outputs; multiband limiter uses a feedback configuration for low and mid bands, while high bands utilize a feed-forward design; a wide range of factory presets; Omnia bass-management controls; comes with a flexible remote software application that can connect via serial or the optional modem or Ethernet ports; highly advanced, distortion-canceling composite clipping stage makes signals clean, clear and loud; and removable PC card to easily share, store and retrieve settings.
