Pacifica Expands Online Worldwide

Los Angeles, CA (November 16, 2010)--Modern music catalog Pacifica Music has launched a new web site on the Soundminer platform and has also expanded its international outreach.

Los Angeles, CA (November 16, 2010)–Modern music catalog Pacifica Music has launched a new web site on the Soundminer platform and has also expanded its international outreach.

The new Soundminer web site launch marks the first anniversary of Pacifica Music, a production music catalog created by independent licensing and publishing companies RipTide Music and pigFACTORY Music. The company will continue to deliver the catalogue to clients in a variety of delivery formats, including online and offline Soundminer- and iTunes-compatible files, mSoft/Dashbox and hard drive.

Pacifica Music has also expanded its outreach internationally. The company has signed deals with new international partners in territories that include Spain, Japan, Italy, Greece, Russia and Ukraine. In additional company news, Pacifica Music has just added the Drama King music library (for U.S. distribution) and the Studio 51 music library (on a global basis) to its catalogue roster.

The company has recently placed music in commercials on behalf of a number of new corporate clients. These include Microsoft, Target, Lexus, THQ, Sony PlayStation and 1-800 Contacts, among them.
