New York, NY (October 2, 2018)—It’s October, which means the annual Audio Engineering Society Convention is just weeks away. Exhibiting at the convocation for the first time in a number of years (though it’s always been involved as a sponsor during that ‘away’ time) is Meyer Sound, which will be on-hand to present its new pro audio creations. In this special pre-AES podcast, PSN’s sister magazine, Mix, talks to John Meyer, co-founder of Meyer Sound, about the development and introduction of the company’s new Bluehorn studio monitoring system.
Bluehorn will be on display at the AES convention in New York City in Demo Room 2D08. More than five years in development, Bluehorn builds on the legacy of the HD-1, with research into digital filtering and processing that results that have to be heard to be appreciated.
For even more insight into the creation of Bluehorn, delve into Pro Sound News’ Innovations column for October, which focuses on the development of the new system.
