Under the terms of the agreement, Kickworks has gained the legal rights to RIAA member recordings, which account for more than 90% of all legitimate recordings in the U.S.
Kickworks DJ, who can be anyone, anywhere, will have access to these recordings in broadcasts that are in accordance with the DMCA statutory license.
