Symetrix Inc. (Lynnwood, Wash.) has entered into an agreement with Dave Burns of Allied AirNet Services (Richmond, Ind.) to provide consulting services for the launch of AirTools, a new line of broadcast products.

“Symetrix has enjoyed a very strong and positive relationship with Dave over the past several years,” said Chris Crump, Symetrix director of sales for broadcast products. “His vast knowledge and experience in the broadcast community will certainly be a major benefit to our company and our customers as we introduce AirTools products at NAB 2001.”

AirTools products will serve Internet and satellite broadcasters, plus the traditional “terrestrial” radio and TV broadcasters. The first product offered in the AirTools family will be the 6100 Broadcast Audio Delay.
