Pop/rock group Trystan Layne recently tracked and mixed their forthcoming self-produced EP at SugarHill Recording Studios (Houston) with engineer Josh Applebee. “Josh had a lot of great ideas while recording; without him, I’m sure that the direction of this record may have gone a different way,” says lead vocalist/guitarist Avril Asprec on their SugarHill experience. The group plans to hit the Houston club scene to promote the EP and its debut single, “Tomorrow Never Comes.”
