Apogee’s V-Bus is a virtual busing technology for Symphony, the company’s multichannel PCI card. Using Apogee’s superfast Symphony driver, V-Bus provides unlimited routing possibilities across multiple applications in any Symphony-equipped G5 or Mac Pro.
V-Bus provides the ability to record bus outputs in Logic Pro and enables audio routing between various Core Audio applications, such as iTunes and Final Cut Pro. With up to 32 buses per Symphony card, V-Bus offers zero latency performance with minimal processing power.
