American Music & Sound Adds Jay Turser and QuikLok to Its Family of Brands

American Music & Sound has acquired the inventory and intellectual property of Music Industries, including the Jay Turser and QuikLok brand names, effective June 16, 2006.

“We are thrilled to be adding Jay Turser and QuikLok to our family of products,” states Lynn Martin, president of American Music & Sound. “These are respected brands, and their products fit perfectly with our current lineup. Ernie and Dennis Briefel have done a tremendous job building these brands over the years. We are very pleased that they, along with other members of Music Industries, will be joining our AM&S team. We look forward to continuing the development of the Jay Turser and QuikLok brands in the United States.”
