Argosy Console Introduces the AURA Sit-Stand Workstation Line

Argosy Console in Eldon, Mo., introduces the AURA line of Sit-Stand workstations, which offer aesthetic design, durability and ergonomic comfort for professional audio engineers who work in studio facilities. With a push of a button, users can raise or lower their workstation from 27 to 42 inches in height within seconds, allowing them to alternatively sit and stand without disrupting workflow.

Argosy Console states that the AURA’s electric lifting columns ensure complete stability of the workstation at any height, and offer nearly noiseless operation. “By incorporating anodized aluminum dual lifting columns with three part guidance, the AURA Sit-Stand workstation line offers a high degree of stability and operates at a very low noise level,” says David Atkins, Argosy Console CEO and Design Director.

The AURA Sit-Stand line is available in a larger studio-size (520) as well as personal-size (260), offering flexible and personal options for the way that individual engineers work.

The AURA Sit-Stand is available in multiple configurations. All models feature under-mount racks on the left and right. For the upper work area, users can choose from a spacious wrap-around desk surface, or add upward facing racks on the left or right wing of the desk.

All AURA Sit-Stand models provide internal cabling accommodations and pass-through for computers and multi-screen monitoring needs. They feature a padded armrest, sliding accessory drawers, and perforated steel cover panels. They also incorporate other optional accessories, such as articulating monitor arms for multi-display functionality, speaker platforms, and blank panels.
