Audio-Technica is bundling Cakewalk’s SONAR LE recording software as part of its AT2041SP Studio Pack ($249). The AT2041SP Studio Pack also includes the AT2020 side-address condenser microphone and AT2021 small-diaphragm cardioid condenser microphone.
The AT2020 is intended for capturing vocals and a wide range of instruments, while the AT2021 is designed for recording instruments such as acoustic guitar and pianos, as well as for use as drum overheads and on group vocals. Cakewalk’s SONAR LE is a recording application for Windows XP, X64 or Vista PCs that now offers features from Cakewalk’s flagship DAW, SONAR 6.
