BBC Radio 2 is offering the second episode in its documentary series The Record Producers through Sunday, June 3. Episode 2, presented by Richard Allinson and Steve Levine, profiles British pop music production duo Clive Langler and Alan Winstanley, whose credits include “House of Fun” by Madness, “Absolute Beginners” by David Bowie, Morrissey’s “November Spawned a Monster” and “Come On Eileen” by Dexy’s Midnight Runners. Langler and Winstanley have also worked with Elvis Costello, the Style Council, Robert Wyatt, They Might Be Giants, Blur, Aztec Camera and Bush.
